Job Summary:
The Campaign/Project Manager is the day-to-day owner of all tactical execution steps related to post sale content development, including the ownership of all Creator related conversations. As the point person of this process, they will be in contact with each Creator assigned to sales related deals, ensuring the Creator
delivers on the determined execution items. The Campaign/Project Manager will be in direct contact with the Creators, and will work with the Talent team when needed as issues or opportunities arise. The Campaign Managers are to be the point person between Sales/AM's, Creative, and Talent & Production Team for all execution related conversations. As the point person the Project Manager's core function is to organize the process, manage timelines and ensure that the content we develop is best in class, driving the goals established in the pre-sales process. This includes both social and video content.
Responsibilities:
• Own the relationship with the Creators developing the agreed upon content.
o This includes the pre-sale Creator recommendation process.
• Managing the execution of large-scale branded content-based projects for the StyleHaul sales team.
o Own all things related to Brand integration, Brand mention, and brands placement on title-cards, end-slates, description box, video titles
• Develop and manage Contact lists and Production Timelines for all projects
• Own the day-to-day coordination and communication between multiple internal and external teams to ensure delivery and deadline dates are met.
• Ensure that the output of each phase to the projects-are to the excellent standards expected from StyleHaul
• Organize, lead and provide recap/next steps for Pre-production calls
• Development and completion of Native Content process - following the Native Content checklist and finalizing the Content and Talent Briefs
• Develop and Own the Creator synopsis form for all Branded assets
• Work with Production team to oversee all things related to Premium Content process
o Including Location, Production Partner pitch and approval, casting/talent, on-site management and post shoot wrap up
• Ensure communication, creative development and process for End Slates and/or Title Cards
• Assist on set for video shoots and branded events/activations
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 3+ years in a campaign manager, marketing operations, sales support or production
• Ability to stay abreast and inform internal teams of current best practices and trends and development
• Experience and understanding of pre/post production process
• Ability to interact and manage Talent on a day to day basis
• Must act as the ''chief organizer'' of sales related executions - for both internal and external teams.
• A creative and analytical mind, strong reporting skills, razor-sharp attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to be self-directed, highly motivated and have fun while working hard in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams both within and between organizations
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Strong project management and customer relationship skills, keeping all involved teams on schedule.
• Experience with supporting sales teams
• Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills or other presentation software to produce client-facing documentation, process maps and dashboards
• Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite a plus
