We're looking for breakthrough, risk-taking and innovative Writer/Producers to join the daily production team at Studio City. Multiple Shifts and positions are available.
The right candidate must possess the following qualities:
• Have a strong comedic sense/timing, and write/produce funny innovative promos and/or trailers under strict deadlines.
• Have dramatic, issue-driven story-telling abilities
• Ability to direct talent, editors and graphic designers to maximize viewer interest and humor in every spot or segment.
• Familiar with ever-changing current trends, celebrity news, pop culture and music.
• Be able to thrive in a high-pressure, demanding environment
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Candidates must thrive in the intense pace of a live deadline-driven newsroom. Only confident, driven and resourceful candidates will be considered for all positions. A background in news, entertainment news and/or promo/trailer experience preferred. All resumes must be submitted with a relevant demo reel /portfolio.
