In this critical support role, you will provide administrative support to three busy executives in Business Affairs. The daily job function includes answering telephone calls, coordinating meetings and managing heavy schedules, maintaining and tracking legal documents, index, creating check requests, handling mailings, creating new files; creating and modifying documents and reports using MS Word and Excel in an accurate and efficient manner; set up and coordinate meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates will have at least 2 years relevant work experience, preferably in an entertainment company, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to prioritize and organize a heavy workload. In addition, you must possess excellent communication skills, be resourceful, a team player, and have the ability to work independently. The ability to work with different personalities, implement systems and prepare forms is essential. Sense of humor essential. Entertainment/Production experience strongly preferred. Legal experience a plus.
