Studio 43 has been the premier independent record label responsible for creating the renowned signature Hip-Hop sound of the DMV (DC, MD, and VA). We are looking for highly motivated college reps that possess the action needed to create a reaction. Implementing such a custom built campaign using a nationwide force of guerilla college reps that operate under-the-radar-at-street level-to fuse a direct connection to today’s media-savvy youth market. Our Reps understand that lasting impressions evolve from street level exposure and personal peer-to-peer interactions. The direct word of mouth feedback that our Reps give will provide us, as a label, with an invaluable direction.

Candidates will work closely with the Lead, while providing overall assistance with daily activities including but not limited to: Visual Promotions, College Marketing, Product Placement, Product Sampling, Record Promotions, Lifestyle Promotions, and Special Event Planning. At times you may be required to be present at special events in your area, on weekends, nights and be available for bi-weekly College Promotion calls.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a four year College or University

• Minimum 2.5 GPA

• Must have reliable transportation

• Have good communication skills

• Familiar with Microsoft Office Programs
