Search for Network Talent Manager (Gaming) jobs in Los Angeles-CA
Studio71 seeks an LA based Network Talent Manager to acquire and support the growth of digital media channel partners across verticals, expanding our network of premium brands, creators, and content providers.
Sample Duties:
Recruit YouTube and other digital creators, influencers and channels for partnerships to grow audiences and develop programming for our verticals - including comedy, gaming, pop culture & DIY
Perform all activities in the business development cycle - generate leads, qualify opportunities, educate stakeholders, develop proposals, negotiate terms, close deals
Scout relevant industry events; ensure Studio71 has a presence
Coordinate channel partner events and parties, both planning and execution
Essential Skills and Experience:
Avid fan of YouTube, with knowledge of the MCN ecosystem - YouTube ''stars'' and influencers
1-2 years in high volume, outbound B-to-B sales role with demonstrated ability to pitch, negotiate and close deals
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet (and exceed) measurable goals
Cold-calling experience
Proven ability to self manage and work collaboratively
Excellent written/verbal, time management, and quantitative/analytical skills
MS Office proficiency, including a high degree of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
