Responsibilities/Description
• Manage day to day office tasks as well as understand the role and function of the office manager
• Manage staff and intern projects, schedules, and attendance
• Oversee open mic preparation and events
• Create professional relationships with clientele
• Responsible for all of the duties and responsibilities listed above and for other duties that the office manager may assign during the duration of the employment
• Looking for someone to grow within the company long term with an opportunity for increased hours, pay rate, and possibility of working into a management position
• Part time hours Monday through Friday, approximately 20 hours a week
• Available to start right away.

• Passionate about studio office management with past office experience
• Excellent oral (in person and on phone) and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Excellent organization skills and accuracy
• Display leadership qualities within a team structure
• Consistently follows through on projects, emails, and other correspondence
• Confident, punctual, reliable, detail-oriented
• Able to ''think on feet'' when working with clientele and a ''can do'' attitude
• Have a pleasant, outgoing personality
Skills
• Apple computer user
• Must know MS Office and be willing to learn scheduling and various software programs
• Experience with social media
• Online marketing experience would be a plus (Constant Contact)
• Accounting skills would be a plus
