This is a Full Time Job
Beverly Hills entertainment law firm seeks assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to one or more entertainment attorneys. This includes phones, scheduling, drafting and sending documents, faxing, filing etc. We are looking for someone professional in demeanor and appearance with excellent phone manner to handle significant client contact. This person should be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and excel under pressure. Some experience in the entertainment industry preferred.
