Stewart Talent New York is seeking a full time administrative assistant in the Theatrical Department for immediate hire.
Responsibilities will include heavy phones, interfacing with clients, casting directors and agents, scheduling meetings, putting out appointments, managing the office calendar, maintaining client database, handling contracts, updating the website, recording and editing client auditions, and other general office duties.
The ideal candidate will be a hardworking, proactive, and organized self-starter who is interested in helping us grow our business. Previous industry experience is very important. Candidates must have a professional and pleasant demeanor, acute attention to detail, and strong computer skills. A desire to learn and be a team player is essential.
