Full Time Paid Internship
Stewart Talent New York is offering a full time internship which provides an amazing opportunity to learn about the entertainment industry from a thriving talent agency in New York City. Our interns will work directly with agents on a variety of projects including, Broadway, off-Broadway, Television, Film, Commercials & Voice-Overs.
Please Note: This is a full time internship starting ASAP. We need at least a 4 month commitment. Our office hours are 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Please do not apply if you are not available full time. We treat this internship as a serious full time position with a high level of responsibility that has the potential for advancement within the company.
Stewart Talent has offices in New York, Chicago & Atlanta. The New York Office represents actors for theatre, film, television, commercials & voiceovers. Stewart Talent is always striving to grow and challenge the norms of standard business to better serve our clients in this ever changing industry.
We are seeking a passionate, hardworking, motivated, organized individual who is interested in helping us grow our clients careers. Previous office administrative experience is important. Candidates must have attention to detail, a professional & pleasant demeanor, basic computer skills and a desire to learn.
Intern duties include but are not limited to greeting clients when they come into the office, placing calls, communication with the different departments as people arrive, data entry, script coverage, internet research, faxing, copying, answering phones, delivering submissions and general office maintenance. This position works with all departments but a large portion of their responsibility will be directly reporting to the owner of the company.
Perks include tickets to shows when available, a $200 stipend, and a monthly metro card.
