STEWART/WHITLEY (New York City-based Casting Office) is seeking an experienced NY-based Casting Assistant to start on/about September 5, 2017 for a full-time paid position. A strong knowledge of the NYC theatre scene and actors is essential. Applicant should have 1-2 years of experience as an assistant in an Agency or Casting office.
Looking for a real multi-tasker, proficiency with Mac computers is a plus (Breakdown Express, IMDBPro, Word, Excel, EcoCast, Spotlight, Google Apps, all social media). Applicant must also be discreet, and trustworthy.
In addition to working with the Casting Directors and Associates in the STEWART/WHITLEY office, another primary focus will be in specifically assisting the two owners of the company in day-to-day office needs, calendars, email, phones, etc. Must be New York based.
