Full Time Job
Stewart Talent New York is seeking a full time administrative assistant in the Theatrical Department for immediate hire.
Responsibilities will include answering phones, interfacing with clients, casting directors and agents, scheduling meetings and auditions, putting out appointments, managing the office calendar, working on casting breakdowns, maintaining client database, handling contracts, updating the website, ordering supplies and other general office duties.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate, hardworking, highly motivated and organized individual who is interested in helping us grow our business. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot problems in a high pressure environment with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities. We are looking for someone who has a professional and pleasant demeanor, with excellent computer skills. Knowledge of In Entertainment or similar type data base would be helpful. Candidates should have a curious nature with a strong desire to learn and be a team player.
We require previous industry experience of at least one year. Candidates who do not meet this criteria need not apply.
