Step Forward Entertainment, the Production and Talent Management Company overseen by Robert R Blume, Talent Manager and co-Executive Producer of the annual Drama Desk Awards is looking for young, savvy interns who are creative, able to think quickly, have casting and/or talent management aspirations plus knowledge of TV, Film and Theatre.
Casting/Management Interns selected will do client submissions and learn about talent management. Prefer experience using Breakdown Services software but qualified Interns will be taught software if necessary. Interns may also work out of home if they have high quality computer and fast Internet. Casting/Management interns selected will interact with clients and use the Breakdown Services system to submit clients for performing jobs in TV, FILM, THEATER, etc.
Internship Requirements include competency in Excel, Word, PC and Mac. ( IMovie / PowerPoint a plus) They must have Bachelor's degree in progress or completed; need excellent interpersonal skills and must exhibit loyalty and integrity, while being Organized, dedicated, outgoing, likable and eager to take initiative.
Signing a Confidentiality agreement is required!
Office Location is Broadway-West 57th Street area; and Interns can work remotely at times from home with proper equipment
The Start date is mid-May 2017 with Commitment a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
