Details: Primary Responsibility:

To manage the key sales administration functions including maintenance of our rights-management system (FilmTrack) and oversight and management of contract finalization and general accounting and reporting duties to our parent company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain FilmTrack (our rights management system) as deals are executed, amended, terminated and/or expired and vaulting all documents, including shipping confirmations into our system.
• Facilitate and manage invoicing, as well as assisting our accounting department in cash application – A/R, collections and tax documentation.
• Manage windows and availability dates pursuant to sales contracts.
• Issue appropriate Notices (i.e. Delivery, Availability) to clients.
• Assist in preparation of revenue forecasting and monthly revenue recognition.
• Create availability reports for market preparation on behalf of the sales team.
• Work with our servicing and fulfillment team to provide access to materials via StarCM (content-asset management module of FilmTrack).
• Additional duties and projects as assigned.

Education, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Must have prior experience in rights management systems (preferably FilmTrack).
• Advanced PC skills; strong experience with MS Office and ACT!
• An understanding of accounting functions, including revenue recognition.
• Knowledge of contracts and licensing agreements.
• Experience creating detailed report.
• Able to meet critical deadlines.
• Self starter, self motivated, proactive and detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a face paced environment and handle multiple projects coming from various sources.
• A positive attitude, punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
