Executive Assistant to the Star World COO Job Responsibilities:
Conserves COO's time and promotes the brand image by representing the COO internally and externally; providing liaison between the COO, key executives, and employees.
Executive Assistant to the COO Job Duties:
• Making calls, reviewing correspondence; arranging meetings, managing calendar; answering questions and meeting requests as directed and on behalf of to the COO.
• Preparing and editing correspondence; designing spreadsheets; project coordination, producing and distributing to key personnel.
• Arranges travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; booking ground transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.
• Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.
• Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.
Executive Assistant to the President Skills and Qualifications:
Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, Proficiency in written composition Word and Excel , flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, oral and written communication skills; highly organized and detail oriented, Travel Logistics, Scheduling, Informing Others, Presentation Skills, Self-Confidence, Meeting Management, Client Relationships, Promoting Process Improvement, Decision Making, Administrative Writing Skills. and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters required.
