Standard Time is looking for a skilled and energetic Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our tight-knit team. The ideal candidate is extremely bright and motivated with the ability to multi-task in a small creative agency environment. The position involves overseeing day-to-day office management, and assisting the ECD/Founder.
This person is the face of the agency, the first to greet clients and vendors, so a friendly and personable demeanor is a must. The successful candidate is an up-and-coming communications professional, looking to gain experience at a growing company. Duties include answering phones, managing office supplies, managing the company calendar and roster, office upkeep, contact with landlord, and booking business-related travel. 2+ years of experience in an assistant and/or office manager role is preferred, as this position involves extensive calendar management.
Experience in the following areas is appreciated:
- Reception
- Office management
- IT coordination
- Accounting/HR
- Scheduling
- Booking travel
