This is much more than your 'normal' corporate sales role. As a Business Development Manager with Stage and Screen, you will work hard to identify and qualify new business clients - who just happen to be the creme-de-la-creme of the Canadian entertainment, sporting and music industries. To do this, you will be instrumental in driving inquiry through cold calling, lead generation and promotion of the Stage and Screen brand. With an unwavering commitment to achieving your set sales targets, you will actively contribute to our growth strategy and reap the rewards of our success.
This is a full-time role based in Toronto. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required to attend relevant industry events.
To succeed in this role, one thing is absolutely essential - passion. While our ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen and several years of experience in a B2B sales role, proven ability to successfully source and secure new business accounts is what we are looking for. Your highly personable nature makes you a charming and charismatic individual who is capable of building long-lasting relationships with key clients. Of course, strong time management, negotiation and persuasion skills will also serve you well in this role.
At Stage and Screen, we believe in working hard and fast to get the job done. We also have a lot fun along the way. You will definitely turn heads if you have proven ability to consistently meet targets and KPIs, coupled with a healthy dose of determination, confidence and customer focus.
