JOB DESCRIPTION
Work closely with the Account Managers, Acquisitions personnel and Operations team to implement and track assigned airline content requirements, production schedules and processes. With a particular focus on TV programming screening and selection, the role is also responsible for maintenance of airline programming schedules, order placement and coordination of ad hoc productions, providing administrative support to the Account lead and Acquisitions, Operations and Metadata teams.
• Screen content and support acquisitions teams as requested by Account lead
• Produce and distribute all production schedules and responsibilities to Spafax production house, publisher, duplication facility, audio team and relevant 3rd party suppliers
• Distribute monthly program grids to Spafax Hub, the airline, publisher, production house, duplication facility, and all relevant third parties
• Maintain Production/Edit logs with the production facility. Screen promos and ads as needed prior to production.
• Enter programming and orders into internal database. In cooperation with the Operations team, process orders.
• Monitor program production runsheets for accuracy and adhesion to current airline program
• Provide administrative support to Account lead
• Maintain internal database and airline dashboard, updating data regularly, ensuring adherence to all timelines
• Project maintenance as required throughout cycle. Client interaction via email and phone.
• Coordinate ad hoc productions as needed and directed by the airline Account lead (safety videos, promo and arrival videos and others
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to work to schedule, prioritize and meet strict deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a cross functional team and communicate with staff and client at all levels
• Must be proficient with MS Excel; ability to work with Word and Powerpoint preferred
• Experience of TV content and/or movie scheduling, programming and production
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a media environment, in a client-facing role
