Role Description
The Sales Group Administrative Assistant is a self-sufficient, detail-oriented team player that will be a key contributor to the overall success and efficiency of the Sales Group. The person will own the Event registrations process and tasks, contribute to department reporting, and maintain the department's many databases. There will also be some administrative duties in supporting the Sales Group decision-makers/leaders.

Basic Duties
Administrative Assistant Tasks:
• Tracks, maintains, and disseminates departmental and office processes for the department
• Keeps notes and agendas for department meetings
• Assists in the on-boarding of new departmental hires
• May organize team building events and or offsite retreats / meetings
• On-site duties entails: scheduling for the department, organizing and maintaining production area, keeping an up-to-date calendar/timeline for the department
Databases & Reporting Tasks:
• Produces reports on daily and weekly basis as requested by Sales and Sponsorships Managers
• Produces weekly report of coupon codes and their statuses
• Liaises with Accounts Receivable on monies received for Sales department and runs weekly and monthly audits
Required Duties
• Discrete and professional with confidential information
• Detail-oriented, very organized, and able to multitask
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Basic experience with computers and office equipment
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite user
• Professional disposition in email communications, in person, and on the phone
• Outgoing personality and adaptable to an ever-changing environment
• Collaborative but can work independently with minimal supervision
• Project management experience a plus
• Event planning experience a plus
