Sony/ATV Music Publishing LLC is seeking to fill the position of Analyst, Synchronization Licensing Administration. The preferred candidate will have 5+ years of related experience administering licensing/contracts, processing receivables, and/or client relations (preferably within Music Publishing or related Industry). Bachelor's Degree, with focus in Publishing, Business, Finance, Communications, or related field is preferred.
The Analyst, Synchronization Licensing Administration will have the following responsibilities:
-Draft and send Synchronization licenses for the North American market, providing superior client service, while balancing the timelines and demands of a busy licensing department.
-Organize and match weekly Synchronization receivables to system, and submit deposit reports.
-Liaise with Finance and Royalty personnel regarding the special handling of payments, receipt lookups, and the processing of unidentified receipts.
-Consult with Synchronization Sales staff regarding client disputes and discrepancies pertaining to rights granted.
-Advise Management regarding the status of accounts in queue to be licensed, those with past due balances, and those with edit requests that do not coincide with company's business practices.
-Assists Audit Group with respect to Synchronization audit requests.
-Collection of past due accounts.
-Execute special projects and ad hoc reporting as requested by Management.
-Additional duties to be assigned as needed.

-Prior experience working within at least one of the following disciplines: licensing; receivables; and/or client relations.
-Strong PC Skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and a working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications.
