Assistant, Global Ad Strategy & Operations
Sony Pictures Television is looking for an Assistant to provide executive administrative support to the SVP, Global Ad Strategy & Operations, Sony Pictures Television Networks and leadership team consisting of the VP, Global Revenue Operations and Vice President, Global Content & Network Operations. The Assistant should have an enthusiastic interest in streaming entertainment and console gaming businesses and a proactive willingness to take on various administrative responsibilities required to keep the operation running effectively and efficiently. Working with various cross-functional teams, the Assistant is the interface/liaison for the company to connect the operations with both internal and external contacts – vendors, services, channel partners, advertising clients, etc. The Assistant will play a critical role in making sure the team operates effectively and strong communications are maintained whether the supervisor is in or out of the office.
The Assistant will support the SVP including creating professional presentations and preparing meeting materials. Additionally, the Assistant will handle travel, expenses and maintaining the calendar and schedule for the VP, Revenue Operations and other Directors on the team on a needed basis.

The SVP is responsible for leading the global advertising monetization strategy and operations for Sony's rapidly growing ''new living room'' of connected services and devices in and out of the home. In this role, the SVP leads global programmatic, ad platform and audience measurement initiatives at Sony Pictures Television Networks and works closely with business groups and regions within Sony Pictures Television and across Sony to grow ad revenues. In addition, the SVP supports the Sony Pictures Television networks direct sales team for Crackle and PlayStation advertising by overseeing ad solutions, ad operations, yield management and sales marketing in the US market.

Responsibilities:
• Executive support - management of travel, expense reports, executive calendars and phone coverage to SVP
• Administrative support to department executives
• Maintain Contact Lists
• Maintain research and business intelligence data
• Support SVP with creating presentations and meeting materials
• Event organizing
• Work with finance to track and process invoices and maintain daily budget trackers.
• Support SVP with trade marketing initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, - Keynote and Photoshop a plus
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A team player; can work collaboratively and effectively with team members
• Ability to perform / learn new tasks outside the candidate's immediate range of skills
• Comfortable working in a fast pace environment and industry that is constantly evolving
• Background in advertising, business, or marketing a plus
