THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL JOB
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Theater Accounts- This includes emailing weekly & monthly film rental statements for payment. Running all statements at the end of the month. Reviewing owner paperwork for new accounts.
2. Maintain Shipping Holds- Reviewing each theater account and releasing prints/keys for weekly releases. Contacting delinquent accounts via phone and email. Responsible for following up until print/key is released.
3. Depositing Checks into our accounting system- The rotation includes entering the checks into our accounting system, batching, and going to the bank for deposits.
4. Lock Box/ Wire Transfer Deposits- Checks are deposited into our Lockbox checking account and must be entered into our accounting system on a daily basis. Wires from our bank account are pulled from our treasury department and entered daily into our accounting system.
5. Responsible for running credit card payments made to the company.
6. Weekly Print Hold/ Finance meetings with the Operations Department- Updating the department on account status and go over any issues or delinquent accounts.
7. Entering Box office reports into our accounting system.
8. Responsible for paying vendors through our accounts payable system.
9. Responsible for Co- Presidents phone coverage once/ twice a week.
10. Assist Director, Operations.
Requirements
Billing and Accounting Experience.
Knowledge of:
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to:
Communicate well written and orally
Multi task
Deal with difficult people and conflict in a professional manner
Team Player/ Work well with Group
