Search for Sr. Coordinator, Income Tracking jobs in Nashville-TN
The Sr. Coordinator, Income Tracking position will have the following responsibilities:
*Assist Income Tracking staff with discovery and recovery of unpaid or underpaid royalties in the US and Canada
*Work with Licensing department to help ensure accurate license entry into internal systems for the US and Canada
*Assist with managing tracking resources, including but not limited to working with SoundScan, BDS and Encore figures
*Work with Global Royalty Center to ensure data integrity of royalty postings
*Support various research and discovery projects
*Assist in the review of computer systems, reporting errors and any maintenance issues to appropriate departments
A qualified candidate must possess the following skills:
*Strong analytical ability
*Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude while working with multiple departments and outside contacts
*Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing and meeting various deadlines
*Highly organized and detail oriented
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Basic proficiency of various computer applications such as MS Excel and MS Access, with the ability to quickly learn programs that work with large volumes of data
*Minimum of 2-3 years of music publishing or equivalent industry experience required
