The Registrations Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:
-Day to day maintenance of song registration data.
-Creation of registration forms, and CWR files for multiple worldwide collection societies and DSP's.
-Dealing with society song rejections and conflicts.
-Working closely and taking direction from the Senior team, working towards direct contact and relationships with our international affiliates.
-Responding to affiliate and society queries in a timely and professional manner.
-Assisting with special projects including special files and GCA-wide large-scale song amendment projects.
A qualified candidate must possess the following skills:
Strong analytical abilities.
-Taking initiative but remaining comfortable with asking questions.
-Detail-oriented, highly-organized multi-tasker.
-Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
-Ability to prioritise assignments and communicate with the team leader on a regular basis.
-Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy while handling multiple varied tasks.
-Ability to set own goals, while working within departmental goals/deadlines.
-Familiarity with common office software (Excel, Outlook/Email, Word).
-Knowledge and experience of music publishing administration, if possible.
