The Coordinator, North America Copyright will have the following responsibilities:
*Administration of client address changes and payee/vendor maintenance
*Administration of client estate set up and maintenance
*Registration of songs with US Copyright Office in Washington, DC.
*Document imaging
*Assist department staff with special projects and other duties as assigned
A qualified candidate must possess the following skills and attributes:
*Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working in a ''customer service'' oriented environment
*Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy while handling multiple tasks
*Ability to manage and prioritize a large volume of work
*Ability to prioritize and complete all tasks in the allotted time frame
*Ability to set their own goals, while working within departmental goals
*Computer systems literate - proficiency in the use of MS Word and Excel
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work constructively with different personalities
*Flexible and able to work under the pressure of multiple deadlines
*Knowledge and experience in music publishing administration.
*Strong analytical abilities
