Details: SnagFilms and Indiewire are seeking a self-starter and team player to manage and grow their ad operations. This individual will play a key role in implementing and optimizing ad campaigns, forecasting avails, and delivering innovative solutions to maximize revenues. He/she will also work closely to assist the Ad Sales, Marketing, and Product teams in formulating media plans.

Position available immediately.

Core Responsibilities:

• Accurately forecast and manage inventory for on-site, in-video, and mobile.
• Schedule and launch interactive advertising campaigns in timely and accurate manner using the ADTECH ad serving platforms.
• Proactively investigate issues (technical issues, delivery discrepancies, billing disputes, etc.) with clients, agencies, and/or internal parties and provide resolutions to these issues.
• Work directly with advertisers & media designers to collect creative assets, troubleshoot technical issues, and correctly implement rich media creative.
• Create insertion orders and work with CFO to ensure timely payment for accounts receivable.
• Assist in preparation of delivery reports for clients and internal pipeline reports.
• Assist sales team in preparation and execution of advertising proposals.

Professional Experience:

• Bachelors Degree
• 1 – 2 years Advertising Operations experience.
• Experience with ad-serving technologies, including Adtech, DART, MediaMind, Atlas, Pointroll, and Eyeblaster.
• Strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of Internet and software applications, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of ad tag creation, ad serving code, video codecs and in-video advertising.
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a serious commitment to customer service.
• Quick learner and able to rapidly acquire and apply technical skills.

Related experience at an online media company and experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.

Familiarity with computer coding language, specifically HTML, Java, and Flash is a plus.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
