Looking to learn about all things YouTube and video production?! Through the Sky Media Internship Program, Interns have the unique opportunity to learn about the entertainment and YouTube industry from one of the largest gaming content distributors on the platform.
Through a paid 12 week period interns will have hands on learning experience and will be able to showcase their unique talents, cultivate their skills and have fun while doing it.
Sky Media Interns are excited about the YouTube/Gaming culture and think creatively to succeed at any task put in front them.
Sky Media produces and distributes digital programming via our video networks (SkyDoesMinecraft, SkyvsGaming, SkyDoesThings, Office Antics, ThatGuyBarney) with episodic programming delivered daily that's enjoyed by loyal, passionate fan base.
This summer, our 12 week semester will be held from June 1, 2016 through August 19, 2016.
Our Internships are paid opportunities. Credit is not required, however we will provide documentation if necessary.
Responsibilities:
As a Production Intern, some of the awesome things you could work on include:
* Pick up fan mail, sort and distribute as needed on a weekly basis.
* Support for shoots and helping production teams in various manners.
* Place online equipment and item orders via Amazon and other online outlets.
* Prepare, process and scan receipts, documents and other paperwork for administration personnel.
* Go on out of office runs for coffee, lunch and supplies as needed.
* Keep office organized, cleaning up after shoots, making sure equipment is returned to proper locations and sets are ready to shoot on at all times.
* Do research as needed to support the creative and administrative teams.
* Provide general clerical support (faxing, scanning, etc.).
* Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
