Office Manager / Jr. Sales Representative in training

We are a small, yet busy, independent commercial representation company. We represent prestigious directors, composers and editors for commercials. An Ideal candidate has assistant experience in entertainment or advertising and is knowledgeable about key industry players. Our office offers a non-corporate atmosphere and room for advancement.

Location: Los Feliz/Silverlake
Hours: Mon-Friday, 9-6 pm.
Must own a car

Salary to start, with Commission potential.
Paid Health insurance & profit sharing plan after 1 calendar year of employment.

This job requires someone who is outgoing, professional, responsible, organized and a multi-tasker. He/She will be performing basic assistant duties to owner, including office management, booking travel, errands, setting up agency screenings, answering phones, and light data entry. Office management duties include inventory of client reels and materials, ordering supplies and daily lunch. However, the ideal candidate also has an interest in learning the ropes as a rep and the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to make commission and grow within the company.
