We are looking to add a smart and organized individual who thrives in a fast paced and creative environment to take on the role of Personal - Studio Assistant to a entrepreneur (creative director/ photographer/ director). This person must be outgoing, motivated, and interested in developing a long term relationship. You will be working in a fast-paced, ''out of the box'' thinking and exciting creative environment that specializes in creating photo and video content. Our main office is in Venice Beach, California off of Abbot Kinney. We also have offices in Europe and love what we do.

Should have a high level of professionalism and discretion while handling confidential information.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be highly flexible about days and hours to work
Can work effectively as a team member and constructively taking feedback as needed
Familiarity with all current social media platforms and their creative capabilities
Must be able to travel internationally to all countries and has passport.
Interest in the fashion / photography industry and/or prior experience in photography & film business- archiving, syndication, and production preferred
Additional Language skills are a plus
Valid Driver's license
Tasks:
Production assisting and coordinating
Active listening and note taking
AirBNB management of two properties
Overseeing expansion/ construction of the office/ studio. Duties will include project management, purchasing and scheduling of expansion/ construction.
Personal shopping & errands
Provide general office and phone support when needed
Handing personal and professional correspondents, sending emails and making phone calls directed to clients (brands, advertising agencies, magazines, art galleries, art agents.)
Running personal schedule as well as the office.
Helping in setting up appointments, reservations, meetings etc.
Daily and weekly updates to iCal OR GOOGLE CALENDAR, identifying tasks, meetings, and goals, both short and long-term.
Managing social media & marketing.
Coordinate purchasing & delivery of items in a controlled, organized and timely manner.
Help hire, train and manage interns- run ads of retouchers & editors and web developers & graphic designers.
Weekly communication with controller to update and itemize personal expenses
Communicating and updating photo agent's database information.
Act as a liaison to designers, web developers & programmers, photo assistants, video editors, etc.
Organizing office and equipment based on a continuously updated detailed checklist.
Candidate should be proficient in the following programs:
Mac OX & Google Apps, Microsoft Word & Excel
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, Keynote, Lightroom
