Full Time Unpaid Internship
The objective of the Customer Financial Services Internship program is to
develop a college student who is a Business, Finance, or Accounting Major
into a productive member of the CFS team. The goal is that they learn the
necessary skills and gain the necessary experience to transition from
receiving their college education to become a successful professional in the
workforce.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Researching claims, compiling back up and presenting to management, sending supporting documentation to carious customers, working with independent customers, preparing
• Reconciliations for eBook accounts such as Apple, Google, etc.
• Reviewing financial statements from out customer for financial risk and credit line determination
• Assisting in SOX audits to better understand the order to cash process, including account set up, order entry, shipment, collections, claims.
• Preparing daily, monthly and quarterly reports
• Preparing ad hoc reports for senior management
• Completing education courses on financial topics like bankruptcies, credit risk, financial statement analysis as well as skill development including time management.

Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
• BS Accounting/Finance Degree from an accredited
college/university
• 0-2 years of Accounting, Finance, Credit,
Accounts Receivable, Customer Service or related experience, preferred
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and
written
• Excellent PC
skills. Excel spreadsheet (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, Macros), Oracle
• Ability to use
various PC/CS utilities and Internet based utilities
• Excellent customer management skills
• Strong
interpersonal skills
• Must be able to exercise good independent
judgment, with good skills
• Well organized, with good time management
skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
