SeeTickets US is seeking a Director/Manager - Digital Marketing based in Hollywood. The Director/Manager will play a key role in the strategy and the growth of SeeTickets business in the US and will report to the CEO. She/he will have to be able not only to think strategically about SeeTickets US positioning & marketing strategy, but also to be very operational and hands on to execute campaigns.
About SeeTickets US:
SeeTickets US is a newly established business in the US. It is 100% owned by Vivendi and as such is part of the same Group than Universal Music Group, Canal +, Dailymotion, etc. SeeTickets is developing in the US with a strong support from the Vivendi Group.
SeeTickets is a leading independent ticketing company (not affiliated to any promoter or venue) in the UK and France, processing, selling and distributing in excess of 60 million tickets per annum, across all sectors of the leisure industry. In the UK we operate under the SeeTickets brand and our clients include Glastonbury Festivals, Reading and Leeds Festivals, The Ryder Cup (Europe), Manchester City FC and Festival Republic. In France we operate under the Digitick brand and our clients include the Eiffel Tower, le Festival des Vieilles Charrues, Olympique De Marseille, Chateau de Versailles and most of EDM events.
Job Functions:
• Develop strategy to grow SeeTickets US marketing assets (email database, social marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO/SEM, content, etc.)
• Create marketing plans for clients leveraging SeeTickets assets but also advising clients regarding overall marketing, across social media, SEO/SEM, etc
• Work with and assist business development teams to create proposal for clients
• Work with UK marketing and web team to leverage existing tools and share best practice
• Report to the CEO of SeeTickets US
Job Requirements:
• 3-7 years of marketing/digital marketing experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
• Proficient with MS Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong experience using a top-tier ESP preferably ExactTarget
• Strong experience in social media/affiliate marketing
• Some experience in HTML/web development and Photoshop skills
• Strong understanding of digital/web data including traffic, CTR, conversion rate, Google Analytics, etc.
• A deep understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to digital marketing
• Detail-oriented and able to coordinate multiple work streams with deadline
• Strong analytics
• Flexible, fast learner
• Ability to take initiative, problem solve and perform research
• Extremely resourceful, team player
• Experience in music and entertainment is a plus. In live entertainment a big plus
• Be comfortable, effective and an organized leader with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Driven, passionate and motivated.
