Job Description:
Scripps Networks Interactive, the leader in lifestyle media with top brands such as HGTV, Food Network, and Travel Channel, is on the hunt for our next amazing Production Coordinator to support the many cool projects the Creative Services/Marketing team develops for our top 10 network HGTV. Joining us at headquarters in Knoxville, Tennessee, this project management ninja will help keep our team on track to hit deadlines, ensure all assets are in place and work is assigned on time.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
• Provide support to the daily operations of 30 member Creative Services/Marketing team for HGTV, DIY Network, and Great American Country TV networks.
• Process work requests, ensuring deadlines are realistic, a wide variety of assets are in place, and work is assigned in a timely matter.
• Guide multi-platform marketing campaigns from start to finish coordinating among creative, strategic, and production teams to guarantee projects come in within deadline and budget.
• Supervise final delivery of all marketing campaign materials to appropriate teams.
• Manage media, including logging and archiving shoot footage, ordering dubs and transcripts.
• Coordinate shoots with vendors, talent, creative teams and internal teammates, handling communication and logistical details.
• Oversee releases, talent request forms, new vendor request forms, deal memos, and other production/operations documents.
Something to note:
Although we try to stick to the 9-5 pm work schedule, sometimes our work creeps into evenings and holidays when we have a big project going down. Don't worry though, one of our core values is Work/Life Balance and we stick to it. We're definitely flexible and get that work is only one part of your life.
YOU:
• You have 2 years of production/post-production experience; associate's degree in broadcast, film or related field preferred.
• You can really work your way around Microsoft products and have experience with Avid video editing software
• You have a proven track record of working in pre-production and post-production environments (including budgeting, studio and field production, off-line and on-line editing, graphics, music composition, mixing);
• You have excellent communication and follow-up skills and are capable of working on multiple projects in various stages of production in an extremely fast-paced environment;
• You shine with a 'can do' positive attitude and love collaborating with multiple teammates
• You have impeccable organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and make sure to always dot your 'i's and cross your 't's
• You monitor timelines and adjust your work as needed, prioritizing the most important pieces to achieve incredible success.
• You're a multi-tasker and professional who keeps it together and keeps rolling along even when things get tough.
