Summary
Accountable for supporting advertising sales product decision-making by researching, analyzing and reporting on availability and performance of advertising inventory.Analyzes and reports on related subjects that assist in capacity planning and maximizing yield from advertising revenues.
Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develops and runs inventory and capacity models
• Provides current information on available inventory to assist sales pricing, packaging and sales programs development
• Articulates status of current inventory and provides available-to-sell reports
• Assists sales team in identifying over- and under-sold inventory and suggests reallocations
• Develops models for prospective advertising products or packages
Education & Experience
• BS/BA in related discipline and at least 5-8 years of experience in related field - OR -
• MS/MA/MBA or other graduate degree and at least 3-5 year of experience in related field
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
• Demonstrates proficiency in and working knowledge of relevant professional concepts and related processes
• Assigned standard projects and assists on new and innovative projects and initiatives \
• Implements assigned projects independently with regular guidance from senior staff
Computer/Technical
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of computer software
Other
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to act independently and responsibly
• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work collaboratively with team members
