Job Description:

We're excited to bring on a Manager of Digital Monetization and Insights who will help create the future of our digital brands by providing insightful executive presentations that tell the story of how the Scripps Lifestyle Studios (SLS) DOMINATES in the space where advertising and content meet. This strategic storyteller will lead projects and analyses to show the effectiveness of SLS as an advertising platform that drives measurable results for our clients. We love collaborating with other groups and this role will be the communications master when it comes to working with Digital Ad Sales, Interactive Ad Sales Marketing and Editorial to produce impactful stories for both internal and external communication.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
• Position SLS as a thought leader in innovative research by mining all data sources and creating SLS insights to be shared with executives, sales and partners
• Find new ways to tell stories, ideating innovative research initiatives that bring our audience to life in new ways and create opportunities to differentiate the SLS experience
• Prepare for high-level presentations including ad hoc, monthly, quarterly and annual meetings and conferences including sales, board and department meetings
• Work with research team and interactive ad sales marketing to develop general media landscape presentations, advertiser category information and audience segmentation deep dives with the goal of creating proactive sales strategies
• Build strong relationships across the organization to refine, disseminate and communicate performance results and analyses
YOU
• You have 5 years digital experience, specifically with content marketing, sales or social with demonstrated knowledge of monetizing digital content on multiple platforms a Bachelor's Degree
• You're the master at using data to drive decisions and build compelling business cases
• You're excellent at influencing and guiding decision-making through great judgement and quality analysis
• You have excellent oral/written communication skills and blow it out of the park when it comes to making amazing and convincing Powerpoint/Keynote presentations
• You're a storyteller at heart and can break down complicated information for a wide variety of audiences
• You shine with a 'can do' positive attitude and love collaborating with multiple teammates
• You are known as the go to when it comes to all things digital, mobile and social media
• You're always looking for new trends in content, monetization and audience expansion areas
