Job Description:
Scripps Networks Interactive (SNI), the leader in lifestyle media with top brands including HGTV, Food Network and Travel Channel, is searching for a talented Executive Producer, Content Marketing to join us at our Knoxville, TN headquarters. Reporting to the Vice President of Home and Travel Digital, this energetic creative will pitch, develop, commission and produce short form integrated videos and video series for our well-loved digital brands and social platforms including HGTV, Travel Channel, DIY Network and Great American Country.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
• Develop and produce creative, editorially driven, audience-attracting video concepts highlighting HGTV, Travel Channel and DIY Network's unique value as entertaining, inspirational, actionable on-air networks and digital sites.
• Generate effective social video, long-form and video series ideas to meet the needs of our audiences and advertising partners. Create innovative, cross-platform content marketing programs custom-made for specific client initiatives while also maintaining SNI's editorial and brand integrity.
• Work with others on the Content Marketing team to respond to incoming content marketing requests in a timely manner.
• Evolve campaigns by reviewing success metrics and tracking trends in content marketing and integrated video.
• Manage multiple, simultaneous video projects from pitch to execution either through direct producing or by overseeing production companies.
• Serve as Content Marketing lead to internal groups including digital sales and ad sales marketing, brand editorial, marketing and key partners for efficient, high-quality results and clear communication.
• Cultivate relationships with production companies, agents, talent, producers, shooters and editors across home, food and travel categories. Help identify and recruit top-tier lifestyle video talent collaborators for editorial series and branded opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time, on-budget deliverables, troubleshooting as needed.
Something to note:
Although we try to stick to the 8 hour work schedule, sometimes our work extends into evenings, holidays and there will be travel occasionally. Don't worry though, one of our core values is Work/Life Balance and we're definitely flexible. We get that work is only one part of your life!
YOU
• You're a digital pro with 5 years' experience in digital video programming and production with direct experience in content marketing or ad sales.

• You have extensive production experience from pre-pro through post and can prioritize, keeping projects on track and on deadline. You're equally adept working independently, on a team or directing external production companies.
• You are a strong, spoken and written communicator who will develop creative and clear stories and productions for a variety of audiences, brands and platforms.
