Job Description:
Scripps Networks Interactive, the leader in lifestyle media with top brands such as HGTV, Food Network, and Travel Channel, is on the hunt for our next amazing Associate Producer, Content Marketing and Development to join us in New York, New York at our Scripps Lifestyle Studio. Reporting to the Director of Content Marketing, this energetic creative will maintain trackers, organize project deliverables, production calendars and track video assets for our well-loved digital brands and social media platforms. In addition, they will lean in on developing video concepts and organic ad integrations.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
• Assist in developing creative, editorially driven video concepts that highlight Scripps Networks Interactive's unique value as on-air networks and digital properties.
• Maintain trackers, organize project deliverables, production calendars and track video assets as they are submitted.
• Participate in brainstorms and assist in write-ups for editorial integrations and custom content requests.
• Field internal and external series and talent related pitches and set introduction meetings.
• Receive and traffic RFP's to internal stakeholders across the Food, Home and Travel Brands.
• Track current industry trends in content marketing and integrated video, and suggest ways we can implement in our own campaigns.
• Review and traffic video cuts to internal teams and stakeholders for notes.
• Assist in providing creative solutions during all phases on production on integrated video.
• Generate and Distribute weekly status and general team updates.
Something to note:
Although we try to stick to the 9-5 work schedule, sometimes our work extends into evenings, holidays and there may be a little travel occasionally. YOU
• You have 2 years of experience in digital video programming and production with Bachelor's degree in production, communications, marketing or a related field strongly desired.
• You're no newbie at working in lifestyle programming, consumer brands, social media and content marketing / ad sales experience. Agency experience is a plus
• You thrive at coming up with creative solutions for multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, growing department
• You have that knack at anticipating and accommodating needs, requests and issues coordinating with multiple departments across editorial, sales and production
• You totally get the social and digital landscape and are known as the ''go-to'' when it comes to knowing about the latest trends on different platforms (web, mobile, OTT and emerging social platforms) and the ways people consume video on each
• You shine with a 'can do' positive attitude and love collaborating with multiple partners
• You aren't afraid to explore new ways of thinking and tap into their creativity
• You are a self-starter and strong teammate who can work independently and responsibly.
• You monitor timelines and adjust work as needed to achieve incredible success.
• You are a strong spoken/written communicator with the ability to develop creative, clear, and concise storytelling for a variety of audiences
• You have excellent organizational and time management skills and rock at managing multiple assignments at once.
• You're just as passionate as we are about our brands (Food Network, HGTV, Travel Channel and more)
• Bonus points for experience shooting, editing, and directing.
