JOB DESCRIPTION:
Screen Engine, a Major Los Angeles-based Entertainment Research and Marketing Information Company seeks a Confirmation Site Manager to join the team. The candidate will oversee all digital aspects of recruited audience events, and reports to the Senior Manager of Operations.
Candidate must:
Possess strong team abilities and time management. This candidate will oversee the setup, launch and progress of weekly live events.
Understand and be able to project manage the recruitment of events in multiple time zones through strategic oversight of the freelance team and all strategic 3rd party partnerships. This includes the supervision/creation and quality control of public facing materials.
Have a strong sense of urgency with the ability to process and distill the shifting needs of events to ensure fully recruited audiences.
Have strong PC, software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Internet-navigational skills. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web-based applications is required. Online marketing experience and knowledge of A/B split testing a plus.
Have good language skills, to handle Customer Service requests.
Have the ability to multi-task while maintaining focus on short term and long term deadlines.
Creating and maintaining deadlines for efficient workflow among the part time staff, internal support staff and all partnerships.
Have an education and experience from a university. Previous work experience a plus but not required.
Have flexible availability and be able to work some nights and weekends as needed based on workflow.

Human Resource policies for hiring, training and maintaining freelance recruitment staff.
