Boutique Management Company seeks Executive Assistant to support Senior Talent Manager/President immediately. We prefer someone with experience but will make exceptions as we're willing to train the right person. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is passionate about talent representation.
The position is part-time at 25 hours/week but may become full-time in the future.
Duties include (but aren't limited to):
• Managing President's schedule and clients' schedule (this includes scheduling of all internal and external appointments).
• Maintenance of client files and information.
• Preparing appointments for clients.
• Rolling phone calls.
• Cutting and assembling scenes for demo reels when needed.
• Arranging and coordinating Travel for clients as needed.
• General office management (mail, shipping, etc).
• Professional interaction with clients both in person and via email/telephone.
• Processing of invoices.
• Filing and retrieving client documents and records when needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Passion for talent representation.
• Familiarity with TalentPro and Breakdown Services.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Proficiency with Mac iOS programs (Pages, Numbers, iMovie etc.).
