SHOWROOM & PRODUCTION MANAGER
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency and participation to establish, oversee, maintain and manage a system to coordinate timelines, approvals and communication for all showroom related events and efforts including but not limited to:
· Office maintenance including day to day task and efforts.
-Create PO's, facilitate and manage communication between SWI and manufacturer (s).
-Follow production and manage due dates.
-Work with existing customers for special orders.
-Manage all showroom shipping and tracking (in and out).
-Receive PO's into inventory and cross check pricing in Quickbooks
-Quality Control on all products received
-Manage the inventory ie: movement of jewelry to and from showroom and organization of on hand inventory.
-Provide updates of Production via a weekly report.
-Ensure there are no calendar conflicts related to inventory requests.
-Tracking the movement and storage of all showroom related assets including jewelry, office supplies, displays and props. ·Oversee Marketing Team:
-Press request and pulls, maintaining tools and company assets so they are current at all times.
-Quarterly strategy and budgeting across direct and digital (E-com + social) platforms.
·Trunk shows + trade show preparation and completion A-Z.
·All related HR matters.
The accomplished individual MUST have,
· Bachelor's degree.
· 4+ years of corporate office / showroom experience.
· 4+ Production Management experience.
· 2+ Basic accounting / Bookkeeping experience.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
· Experience to drive results with internal and external partners.
· Capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously with short timelines.
· Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft office suite.
· Mature, responsible and career oriented.
