Full Time Unpaid Internship
Timeframe: March 2017 - August 2017. (25/wk hours March - May) & (40hr/wk June - August)
Wage: $10.50/hour, No relocation or housing expenses provided.
Qualifications: MUST be enrolled in a College or University or a recent graduate (within 6 months) to be considered.
Summary: The primary focus of this internship is to support and assist in the Human Resources Department of our organization.
KRA's (Key Responsibilities Areas):
• Maintain files and employee information including data entry and auditing data for accuracy and completeness including personnel and I-9 files.
• Process Termination paperwork
• Job Posting and Job Description Update
• Scheduling Interviews
• Provide administrative support on a daily basis for the department
• Assist with Special HR projects as needed
Qualifications:
• Under grad or graduate student in Business, Communication, HR, or related field
• High level of detail orientation skill and passion
• Must have great communication and writing skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills to include PowerPoint
• Comfortable with public speaking and interacting with all levels of the organization
