Position will split time between designing and producing PowerPoint presentations and supporting the creative staff as a production artist. Saban Brands is a company that depends on presentations decks to conduct its business, and this individual will be the driving force behind their creation. Candidate will use their expertise in design and computer applications to work with Creative and Art Directors to finalize layouts and deliverables. In finalizing the products, Production Artist may suggest improvements and modify formats to increase the quality of production and ensure that standards are met. Other technical duties may include scaling, cropping, retouching, repositioning, building final mechanicals to spec.
Responsibilities
• Create large number of presentation decks.
• Ability & experience working with VERY large files. (Trade Show Graphics)
• Creation of final mechanicals for marketing materials, including sell sheets, print ads, posters, catalogs, P.O.P., web banners, etc.
• Building style guides from art assets and to consistently apply and enforce style/brand guidelines.
• Familiarity with production requirements and working with outside vendors, i.e. printers, exhibit vendors, other agencies.
• Building tool kits that will be distributed to all divisions of the Company
• Organize & manage files for Creative Services teams as well as internal key stakeholders and licensees
• Upload of final files to asset management system
• Perform work on multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing projects to meet deadlines
• Assist Creative Department with trade shows materials, shop-in-shop concepts, in-store counters and showroom requests
• Assist in preparation of presentation boards for retailer meetings and in-house presentations
Education and Experience:
• Mastery of PowerPoint skills mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in related creative major.
• Mac proficiency
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Acrobat.
• Working with various graphic formats for print and web, knowledge of optimal format to use based on the particular application - web design and HTML skills are a plus.
• Must be a team player.
• Aptitude to work constructively in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Detail-Oriented and able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
