Full Time Job
This position is responsible for managing the full recruiting cycle. The ideal candidate will further develop a talent acquisition strategy focused on sourcing the best possible candidates for existing positions while also building a pipeline of candidates for future opportunities. The Recruiter will be skilled at networking and building relationships with people including establishing partnerships with internal managers.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process including but not limited to: requisition management, direct and indirect sourcing of candidates, resume and phone screening, scheduling testing, coordinating in-house interviews, and coordinating with HR staff to hire and on board selected candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired soft skills in order to effectively target and present the most suitable candidates for consideration.
• Assist with the writing/editing of job descriptions to accurately explain the functions and qualifications of roles.
• Act as an expert throughout the recruiting and hiring process to fully assist hiring managers with selecting candidates.
• Evaluate all resumes against open positions regardless of the position the applicant responded to.
• Conduct informational interviews with candidates that might be a fit for the Company now, or in the future.
• Participate in recruiting fairs, networking events and/or other activities to source additional candidates and to grow your professional network.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through the use of job boards, databases, professional, academic and social media networks.
• Identify innovative ways to use social media and other free sites to increase candidate flow.
• Collaborate with marketing staff to manage Company website job listings, and also to develop other tools for sourcing more candidates.
• Conduct telephone screenings to assess and ensure the candidate's skills are aligned with the position's requirements.
• Maintain / develop an internal applicant tracking system.
• Prepare bi-weekly recruiting status reports.
• Other related duties, as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:
• A minimum of 2-3+ years of full cycle recruiting.
• A proven track record of building a network of candidates within specific disciplines.
• Proven ability to navigate multiple online job boards, networks and databases.
• Proven ability to leverage social media for sourcing candidates and expanding Company reach.
• Ability to source active and passive candidates (as needed).
• Ability to quickly screen, sort and forward resumes of qualified applicants for multiple positions.
• Strong interviewing skills to quickly evaluate candidate soft skills for cultural fit.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 2-3 years related experience.
