Full Time Job
This position is based in Los Angeles, CA and reporting to the Production Supervisor. The Scheduling Coordinator will schedule dubbing, compression, and work materials creation as required for Media Services. In conjunction with the Production Supervisor, the coordinator is responsible for validating, tracking, and prioritizing all projects to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starting individual who can work independently as well as within an established team. A strong background in media operations will also be critical to the success of the position.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Schedule and assign orders to Dubbing and Media Services resources
Prioritize orders against capacity to meet production due dates
Interact with the Client Services team - managing expectations of due dates, source material types, locations, deliverable types and locations
Able to manage changes and resolve issues while a project is underway, the scheduler will communicate with the respective Client Service Reps, Production Supervisor and operations team
Identify gaps in practices and improve procedures
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Perform general administration duties as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivocal work experience
Experience in the entertainment industry at an administrative capacity or media operations preferred
Must be highly computer literate, displaying proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Filemaker Pro preferred
Prior experience managing customer needs and projects preferred
