Full Time Job
Our Project Services team needs an IT Project Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a professional with experience in the full range of the project lifecycle, from requirements to testing to development and deployment. The successful applicant will serve as the liaison between the business stakeholders and IT teams, leveraging the tools and processes of the Project Services group. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented and highly innovative. He or she will also be responsible for translating business needs to IT solutions, and vice versa, with current programs, projects and initiatives in mind.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
• Create, execute and manage work plans to meet changing needs and requirements
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project, including scope and resource assignments
• Review deliverables
• Minimize project exposure and risk
• Document project requirements and test scripts in Business Analyst capacity
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
• Address or escalate issues as appropriate
• Manage project budget, including tracking and reporting team hours and expenses
• Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins and utilization
• Approve team members' time and expense reports
• Leverage our project tracking tool, Wrike, to track detailed project tasks, status and dates
• Provide detailed and timely project status reports on a weekly basis
• Facilitate team and client meetings effectively
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate international offices on multiple time zones
Must be able to demonstrate:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
Qualifications and Experience
• At least 3-5 years of project management experience
• Bachelor of Arts degree
• Knowledge of IT basic concepts, such as networks, infrastructure and development technologies
• PMI certification a plus
