Full Time Job
SDI Media is currently seeking a Billing Analyst that has strong communication and customer service skills. An ideal candidate will have previous office experience, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
• Generate large volumes of customer invoices based on PO's, quotes, and other client agreements, researching discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with monthly and year-end closes and audits, adhering to corporate deadlines.
• Work with sales and client rep teams to ensure all documents are received in compliance with JSOX prior to invoicing.
• Compile, sort, and audit documents such as PO's, quotes, and other reports generated from our production system.
• Generate data exports from multiple software and perform analysis to compare and combine data into a readable and usable report, for billing and reconciliation purposes.
• Use advanced Excel functions to analyse data.
• Other projects as assigned by Billing Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience
• General office/administrative experience; Billing or other accounting/ finance related experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred but not required, great for recent graduates!
• Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial accounting packages such as Navision, preferred
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, accurate and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and deliver to deadlines.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to maintain a high level of efficiency, confidentiality and ethics.
