Workflow Coordinator (Residuals Processing, Trust & Estates)
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Workflow Coordinator is responsible for various aspects of the residuals processing workflows. Trouble shoots complex residuals issues for members and all other aspects of the residuals processing workflows.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for troubleshooting and helping performers, as well as special handling of residual checks.
• Research and distribute work, separate credit union and foreign checks, and research Oracle for inconsistencies and errors.
• Train temp staff on residual processing.
• Organize workflow and distribute reports.
• Run mail machine and folding machine; when needed, act as a fill-in person in all areas of mail distribution department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Demonstrate effective skills in the use of PC applications
• Must have knowledge of all related tasks of dept.
• Customer service oriented, dealing with difficult situations and performers.
• Superlative interpersonal skills: high degree of patience and tact. Must be able to cultivate respectful, strategic and collaborative relationships with people from diverse backgrounds, both internally and externally.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Able to use PC applications.

• Hold yourself and others accountable for a high level of performance and integrity.
• Have an understanding and awareness of worker rights impacting SAG-AFTRA members.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Able to prioritize, organize and coordinate multiple tasks under daily deadlines.
• Capable of taking direction from more than one supervisor.
• Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined at SAG-AFTRA's sole discretion.
• Must be available and willing to work extended hours per day or per week, including weekends as SAG-AFTRA determines is necessary to meet its business needs.
• Must be available and willing to travel to such locations and with such frequency as SAG-AFTRA determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or Experience
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using MS Word.

• N/A
TESTING REQUIREMENTS:
• Basic skills: Spelling, math, grammar and filing - passing score: 76%
• Typing test 35 WPM
• Microsoft Word and Excel tests (basic, intermediate and advanced) – passing score: 76%
