Full Time Job
POSITION PURPOSE: Under the close supervision of the Document Center Director, performs a variety of supervisory and complex technical duties designed to expedite the administrative processes and procedures related to document preparation, scanning, indexing/validation, quality assurance and retrieval of documents and checks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Verify work output of the team by quality assurance in checks scanning and Document Center. Schedule the delivery of scanned batches per department.
• Run jobs in Oracle and Qlikview which includes exports, imports and all other concurrent jobs to support the business process.
• Review incoming workload from departments and local offices. Schedule workload in the department and assign tasks to each team member.
• Troubleshoot problem batches in production. Identify errors and workaround fixes.
• Assist Director and build business relationships throughout the organization, in collaboration with other departments on operational Records Management activities and initiatives.
• Act as third party vendor contact for hardware support and supplies.
• Provide staff training and guidance in Documentum, Kofax, Captiva and Omniform.
• Monitor team attendance/punctuality and maintain positive work environment for Los Angeles and New York Document Center teams. Provide guidance to team members on industry best practices and workflows.
• Act as primary back up for Document Center Director.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
(The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.)
• Working knowledge of document preparation and scanning requirements.
• A solid understanding of Captiva InputAccel 7.1 and Kofax Ascent 10.1 capture.
• A strong understanding of Documentum 7.1.
• A strong understanding of Windows Imaging, Tiff viewer and Adobe Acrobat ™.
• Knowledge of EMC Captiva 7.1 capture, Documentum 7.1, Omniform 5.0, Oracle 12g, and Qlikview.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Network. Able to create and navigate to folders.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook).
• Superlative interpersonal skills: High degree of patience and tact, and must be able to cultivate respectful, strategic, and collaborative relationships with people from diverse backgrounds; both internally and externally.
• Hold yourself and others accountable for a high level of performance and integrity.

• Have an understanding and awareness of worker rights impacting SAG-AFTRA members.
• Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined at SAG-AFTRA's sole discretion.
• Must be available and willing to work extended hours per day or per week, including weekends and holidays, as SAG-AFTRA determines is necessary to meet its business needs.
• Must be available and willing to travel to such locations and with such frequency as SAG-AFTRA determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or Experience:
• Up to 3 years of formal training or education beyond high school.
• Strong knowledge on document management concept and applications required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Imaging Services; scanning and indexing documents.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with Kodak Ngenuity 9150 scanner or equivalent.
