Job Title: New York Casting Access Program Coordinator
Department: Actors Programs
Reports to: National Director of Actors Programs
FLSA Status: Exempt, Salaried
Position Summary:
The New York Casting Access Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing and directing all aspects of the New York Casting Access program (CA) which brings together leading casting industry professionals with 20 SAG-AFTRA members in workshops.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule all CA workshops
• Promote CA workshops to SAG-AFTRA members
• Develop and maintain relationships with casting directors
• Coordinate all logistical needs related to the CA program including requirements
• Manage all aspects of SAG-AFTRA members' registration and participation in CA
• Manage all aspects of orientation requirements for CA participation
• Monitor and review CA programming to ensure quality and adherence to guidelines for presenters as well as participants
• Direct and coordinate activities of volunteers, as needed
• Collect data, as needed, for grant reports
