JOB DESCRIPTION / DUTIES:
Ryan Seacrest Productions has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant in our Scripted Development Department. This Assistant will report directly to the President and EVP, Scripted Development and be responsible for all general admin support duties including: answering phones, filing, attending meetings, taking notes, scheduling meetings and organizing calendar and information, as well as performing script coverage on submissions and drafting memos and other correspondence. Desk is very high volume.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1+ years of administrative experience (preferably in an Agency/Network/Studio/Production office)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, editing software experience a plus.
Strong passion for and knowledge of the Scripted TV format and avid interest in discovering new writing or comedic talent.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Previous experience performing script coverage
Must be extremely organized and have the ability to pay very close attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and function successfully in a fast paced and ever-changing TV Production environment
Bachelor's Degree preferred
