Running Subway Productions is a New York based live-entertainment production company dedicated to bringing successful iconic properties with universal appeal to the live stage and specialized exhibitions, with heavy focus on marketing/producing/presenting cultural exhibitions at our largest property, Discovery Times Square, at the present time
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with a concentration (or proven interest) in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Entertainment, Arts or related discipline
• Strong administrative skills including thorough knowledge of EXCEL, POWERPOINT and WORD in a Mac environment. Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Keynote is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to draft correspondence with minimal direction.
• Comfortable with budget management and demonstrate attention to detail.
• Interest in marketing and social media.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, creative and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Assist the CEO with his daily needs: Initiating phone calls, following up with emails, setting up meetings, maintaining the contacts and calendar and reschedule when necessary.
• General office administrative duties including answering, screening and redirecting calls, and managing incoming inquires.
• Manage and maintain frequently changing calendars in Mac environment, including detailed meeting and appointment scheduling, coordination of departmental meetings, and the conference room calendar.
• Handle all logistics associated with meetings, appointments, and conferences to include preparation of accurate materials and correspondence.
• Arrange and confirm travel arrangements - both international and domestic.
• Ability to create documents and presentations.
• Aid in processing of invoices on a weekly basis and track budgets.
• Provide additional support to other marketing department initiatives, including group sales and special events.
• Manage the company internship program.
• Provide administrative support including but not limited to: Phone coverage, ordering of office supplies and general office management and support.
