Roxboro Entertainment Group is a relatively new record label, though, we already have four artists with an album each already released. We're currently looking to hire an in-house publicist to handle label/artist public relations. Duties/Tasks of what the ideal candidate has abilities in, but not limited to, are as follows:
· Write Press Releases
· Write Bio’s
· Research Press Outlets to pitch Roxboro artists
· Know how to effectively make new contacts/relationships with outlets
· Know how to write effective pitch letters
· Understands the importance of follow-ups
· Securing interviews/reviews with print and online press outlets
· Secure radio interviews with stations playing Roxboro artists
· Knowledge of developing marketing plans for individual artists
· An understanding up Lifestyle branding
· The ability to look at regions that artists are having radio success and utilize the information to secure local press
· The ability to not only secure press regionally, but, internationally
